Q. What can nutrition help with?

A. Nutrition goes way beyond weight loss — it can help with emotional stress, building super immunity, auto-immune conditions, diabetes, heart disease, support cancer treatment, sleeping issues, moodiness, cravings, and neurological issues to name a few.

Q. Other than acupuncture, is there anything else that can help with injuries and pain?

A. Yes, we have found that specific mud packs on an injured area can help enormously to significantly reduce pain and inflammation. Mud packs are also effective with concussions and brain trauma.

Q. Can we get enough nutrients from our food?

A. Unfortunately, due to soil depletion and lack of healthy nutrients in our soil, we no longer can receive sufficient vitamins and minerals from our food. This is especially true if we do not either consume organically grown foods or purchase our foods from local farmers. This is a significant reason why people’s immune systems are getting weaker and people are getting sicker.
