When you begin your nutrition plan with me, the first thing you may notice is how much information we’ll be gathering.  We will go over your medical history, current medical conditions, vital statistics, meal history, recent medical lab work, pharmaceutical usage and more.  We’ll test your weight, mass ratio, cellular water levels, blood type and basic genetic grouping, all before you even sit down to begin your consultation.  It may seem like a lot of data to collect, but it’s exactly that wealth of information that allows me to create a nutrition plan custom fit for you, and that’s what makes the difference between struggling and succeeding.
