THE POWER OF MUD PACKING

I want share something that I see remarkable results with in our practice: mud packing. Mineral-rich therapeutic clay, applied to specific areas of the body, has been used across cultures for centuries to draw out toxins, reduce inflammation, and support the body's natural ability to heal.

For over 16 years, my team has been applying targeted mud packs for a wide range of concerns, and the feedback from our patients has been genuinely inspiring.

What can be mud-packed?

Everybody carries their own history they are working to resolve: old injuries, lingering stress points, scars, emotional trauma and all different impacts to the immune system. Mud packing is gentle, non-invasive, and beautifully specific.

Digestive and Abdominal Support

  • Colon and digestive points
Supporting elimination, easing bloating, calming irritation, and helping the gut find its natural rhythm.

  • Liver and gallbladder packs
Encouraging deep detoxification through the body's primary filtration organs.

  • Abdominal scar tissue
Softening adhesions from C-sections, hysterectomies, hernia repairs, appendectomies, and other abdominal surgeries that can quietly restrict movement and circulation for years afterward.

Immune and Detoxification

  • Vaccination site packing
For COVID-19 and other modern vaccine injection sites as well as older childhood vaccination sites that may still be holding stagnant residue.

  • Lymphatic congestion
Opening up the lymphatic pathways for optimal immunity.

  • Auto-Immune conditions
Modulating the immune system and letting the body engage in its own healing.

Respiratory and Sinus

  • Lung points
For weak or compromised lungs, lingering respiratory issues, and overall breathing capacity.

  • Sinus packs
For chronic congestion, pressure, and seasonal flare-ups.

Head Trauma and TBI — A Special Focus

Head injuries are among the most under-evaluated and under-treated issues I see. A blow to the head — even one that seemed minor at the time — can leave lasting effects on focus, mood, sleep, balance, and overall well-being for years or even decades afterward. Mud packing on the head points is a gentle, precise way to address these old impacts, and I strongly encourage anyone with a history of head trauma to be evaluated.

  • Sports-related head impacts

Football, hockey, soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, basketball, boxing, martial arts, rugby, and any sport involving balls, pucks, sticks, helmets, or hard contact. Every athlete deserves an evaluation.

  • Concussions and sub-concussive hits

Even the impacts that did not result in a formal diagnosis can accumulate and matter over time.

  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI)

From falls, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, or any significant blow to the head, recent or long past.

  • Veterans and service-related head injuries

Those who have served often carry the effects of blast exposure, training impacts, or combat-related trauma. I am honored to support our veterans in this work.

  • Childhood head injuries

Energetic head blockages from the childhood bumps and falls that everyone shrugged off years ago.

  • Lingering symptoms

Mud packing can further help with headaches, brain fog, fatigue, mood changes, difficulty concentrating, sensitivity to light or sound, or simply feeling not quite the same.

Endocrine and Glandular

  • Thyroid points

Prolonged stress causes the thyroid to become one of the most overworked glands in modern life. Mud packing supports the thyroid’s resilience and function.

  • Adrenal points
For those carrying long-term stress, fatigue, or burnout.

Injury Recovery and Structural

  • Surgical scars anywhere on the body
Not all surgical scars result in energetic blockages, but all scars need to be evaluated. This includes dental extraction sites, which are more energy and immune draining than most people realize.

  • Broken bones
Arms, legs, ribs, and other fractures, both fresh and long-healed, where the body may still be holding inflammation or restriction.

  • Tattoos
Like scars, not all tattoos result in energetic blockages.  We can test and let you know which ones are affecting your health.

  • Sports injuries
Old and new, from sprains and strains to repetitive-use issues.

  • Joint pain
Knees, shoulders, hips, ankles, wrists, and any other joint.

And More

  • Bladder support
For filtration, elimination, and overall strengthening of the urinary system.

  • Skin conditions
Insect bites to pull out the toxins. (Call us to learn how to take care of bug bites at home!)

  • Reproductive and pelvic support
For menstrual concerns, prostate health, and pelvic floor recovery.

  • Burns, bruises, and acute injuries
To bring improved circulation and relief.
