Prevention
Use Bug X Tick & Mosquito Repellent for protection.
Extra guard against ticks may be necessary for longer outdoor activities. Try Nantucket Spider's Extra Strength Tick Repellent Spray or look at adding Oregano Oil or Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil to your prevention kit. They are excellent plant-based alternatives to DEET.
Wear lightweight, long-sleeve cotton or linen shirts to guard against bites while also staying cool.
Brush or wipe mosquitoes off instead of slapping them to avoid drawing blood to the skin’s surface, which can attract more pests.
Plant natural repellents like lavender, lemongrass, basil, sage, mint, marigolds, catnip, citronella, bee balm, or floss flower in outdoor planters.
Treatment
Medi-Body Pack & Plant Vitamin C:
Mix 1 capsule of Plant Vitamin C with ¼ - ½ tsp Medi-Body Pack and a small amount of purified water to form a thick paste. Apply to the bite and let it sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse gently without scrubbing and pat dry.
